In comparison, it was a first for Camilla Coulson-Patel, who undertook the legal proceedings on the day. Kamilla, a lawyer with the Legal Services Department of Durham County Council, was deputising for Bryan Smith who was unavailable. Kamila’s duties did not include the swearing-in procedure, as there were no third calls on the day, as Alexander William Vest and James Kenneth Vest, had postponed their admittance until Lammas Guild Day in August.
